Yes, the product is provided as a complete unit including the handle, threshold, and cill for a comprehensive installation.
The door is 'Kubu-ready' and compatible with the system, but you may need to purchase the Kubu sensor kit separately.
It is not recommended to paint the door, as this may void the warranty and affect the performance of the door skin finish.
Keep the threshold free of debris and dirt to ensure the door seals effectively and to prevent water pooling.
The toughened double-glazed unit is designed for safety, but if damage occurs, you should contact a professional glazier to ensure the replacement meets security standards.
Check if the frame has shifted or if the hinges require adjustment to ensure the lock points align correctly.
Verify the battery levels in the Kubu module and ensure the sensor is correctly calibrated within the Kubu application.
Inspect the rubber seals (gaskets) for debris or damage; clean the seals or replace them if they are compressed or cracked.
The door measures 920mm x 2090mm, so ensure your existing door frame meets these specifications before purchase. Installation should be performed by a qualified contractor to ensure the frame is plumb and the hardware is properly aligned. For ongoing care, clean the surface periodically with a mild, non-abrasive soap and water to maintain the integrity of the finish. Lubricate the locking mechanism and hinges once or twice a year with a silicone-based lubricant to ensure smooth operation. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners or solvents on the door skin or the glazing unit, as these can compromise the protective layers.
