Bosch Professional Stirrer Basket - 140mm

This stirrer basket is optimized for viscous and dense materials such as mortar, plaster, fresh concrete, and epoxy resins. It is not ideal for very liquid or fine materials.

The stirrer basket is designed to handle mixing quantities from 25 kg up to 40 kg.

This stirrer basket is compatible with Bosch Professional stirrer paddle mixers GRW 9, GRW 11 E, GRW 12 E, and GRW 18 E. Always check your specific mixer model number before purchase.

The bottom-up mixing action helps to thoroughly incorporate materials from the base of the container upwards, which effectively minimizes air bubbles in the final mix, leading to a more consistent and higher-quality result.

After each use, clean the stirrer basket with a damp cloth or brush to remove residual material. For stubborn residue, mild detergent can be used, followed by a thorough rinse. Ensure it is stored dry.

The stirrer basket features a standard M14 outer thread for attachment to the mixer spindle.

Ensure you are using a compatible Bosch stirrer model (GRW 9, GRW 11 E Professional) and that the M14 threads on both the basket and the mixer spindle are clean and free from debris. Tighten firmly by hand.

Check that the correct mixing quantity (25-40 kg) is being used for the stirrer's capacity. Ensure the basket is submerged correctly and the stirrer speed is appropriate for the material's viscosity. Clean the basket if material buildup is hindering its action.

Verify that the stirrer basket is securely tightened to the mixer spindle. Ensure the material being mixed is not too dense for the stirrer's power or the basket's capacity. Check for any damage to the basket or mixer spindle.
