Troubleshooting

Folio does not close securely.

Ensure the case is correctly seated on the phone. Remove any objects from the card slot that may be preventing a full closure. Check for debris around the magnetic closure area.

Difficulty inserting or removing cards.

The slot is designed for a few cards or folded cash. Avoid overstuffing. Gently wiggle cards to ease removal.

Case feels loose on the phone.

Remove the phone and re-insert it, ensuring all edges click firmly into place. Check for any damage to the case that might be compromising the fit.

Screen is scratched despite using the folio.

Ensure the folio cover is fully closed and latched magnetically. Debris trapped between the screen and the folio could cause scratches; clean both surfaces regularly.
