Troubleshooting
Bookcase is unstable or wobbles.
Ensure the bookcase is placed on a level surface. Check that all connections (though delivered assembled, internal fixings might shift) are secure. For added safety, consider using wall anchor straps (not included) if placing heavy items or if there are children in the home.
Wood finish appears uneven or has significant marks.
This is a characteristic of the distressed, reclaimed wood finish. Each piece is unique. If the marks are more significant than expected, contact customer support with photographic evidence.
Doors do not close properly.
Check for any obstructions preventing the doors from closing. Gently adjust the door hinges if they appear misaligned. Ensure the bookcase itself is stable and not leaning.
