You can connect the soundbar to your TV using an HDMI cable (HDMI ARC) or an optical cable. Connect one end of the cable to the soundbar and the other end to the corresponding output on your TV.

The soundbar is compatible with most TVs that have HDMI ARC or an optical audio output.

If you are using HDMI ARC, you may be able to control the soundbar's volume with your TV remote. Check your TV's settings to enable this feature.

The soundbar supports AAC, AIFF, FLAC, MP3, OGG, and WAV audio formats.

Enable Bluetooth on your phone and select the soundbar from the list of available devices to pair. Ensure the soundbar is in pairing mode.

HDMI ARC (Audio Return Channel) allows the soundbar to receive audio from your TV through the same HDMI cable that sends video to your TV. It simplifies the connection and allows for control of the soundbar with your TV remote.

Refer to the user manual for specific reset instructions. Typically, you will need to press and hold a button on the soundbar for a few seconds to reset it to factory settings.

Check all cable connections (HDMI, optical, power). Ensure the soundbar is powered on and the correct input is selected on your TV. Increase the volume on the soundbar and TV.

Ensure the subwoofer is powered on and connected to the soundbar wirelessly. Check the subwoofer's power light. If the light is not on, check the power connection. If the light is blinking, the subwoofer may not be connected to the soundbar; refer to your user manual.

Reduce the volume. Check the audio source for distortion issues. Make sure the soundbar is not placed near any objects that could cause interference.

Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and that the soundbar is in pairing mode. Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices interfering with the connection. Try restarting both devices.
