While they are designed to be worn open, you can gently fold them inward for storage, but avoid placing heavy items on top to prevent frame damage.
The wings are made from 100% polyester fabric over a flexible support frame.
These wings are designed for adult costume use; the 3-foot span may be oversized for smaller children.
Use a damp, soft cloth to spot clean any surface marks. Do not submerge in water or use a washing machine.
The shoulder straps are designed for standard sizing, but depending on the thickness of your costume, they may fit tightly over bulky layers.
Gently manipulate the internal frame back into its natural arc and store hanging rather than folded.
Use safety pins or a small adjustment clip to tighten the shoulder straps to your specific frame.
Setup is minimal; simply slip the straps over your shoulders as you would a backpack. The wings are compatible with most adult-sized costumes and can be worn over cloaks or tight-fitting base layers. For care, avoid machine washing or drying. If the wings become dusty or slightly stained, gently spot clean the polyester fabric with a damp, cool cloth. Store them flat or hanging in a garment bag to prevent the structural components from bending or becoming permanently creased.
