Troubleshooting

Mask is difficult to see through

Gently adjust the mask's position on your face. Ensure eye openings are clear of any debris. If necessary, you may consider carefully widening the eyeholes slightly with scissors, but do so at your own risk.

Mask feels too tight or uncomfortable

Try stretching the mask gently before wearing. Ensure hair is not caught within the mask. If significant discomfort persists, it may not be the best fit for your head shape.

Mask arrived creased or misshapen

Carefully try to flatten the mask against a flat surface. For minor creases, gentle steaming from a distance (do not touch with the steamer) might help, followed by reshaping. Allow it to air dry completely.
