Product Information

Full details

The Trakker NXC Camo Deluxe Rucksack is engineered for mobile anglers who require organized, high-capacity storage for extended sessions while maintaining a compact footprint. Its primary benefit is the innovative conversion of the lid into a self-supported workstation, allowing for efficient rig preparation anywhere on the bank. While the rucksack offers exceptional utility and durability, its low-profile design means it is specifically optimized for under-bed chair storage, which may limit the vertical height of larger individual gear items compared to traditional top-loading expedition packs.

FAQs

Can I fit my bite alarms in the side pocket?

Yes, the side pocket includes a dedicated padded divider specifically designed to house alarms and buzz bars securely.

Is the material waterproof?

The rucksack features a hard-wearing waterproof base designed to withstand damp ground conditions commonly found in fishing environments.

How do I clean the exterior fabric?

Wipe the fabric down with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals or machine washing, as this can degrade the waterproof coating.

Does the EVA table come included?

Yes, the rucksack comes with an included EVA table that can be used in multiple positions.

Will this fit under any bed chair?

The rucksack is designed with a low-profile slim fit to slide under most standard bed chairs, though very low-profile beds may offer less clearance.

Are the straps adjustable?

Yes, it features adjustable padded Neoprene shoulder straps to accommodate different body types and clothing layers.

Troubleshooting

Zippers feel stiff or gritty

Clean the zipper teeth with a soft-bristled brush to remove dried mud and apply a silicone-based zipper lubricant if necessary.

EVA table doesn't sit flat

Ensure no large gear items are creating a pressure point from underneath the table mounting surface inside the main compartment.

Bag becomes unbalanced

Re-distribute weight by placing heavier leads and tackle boxes in the bottom central area of the main compartment.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Integrated workstation functionality saves space on the bank
Excellent ventilation system prevents overheating during transport
Hard-wearing waterproof base protects contents from damp ground
Thoughtful organization with dedicated alarm and bank stick storage

Cons

Slim design limits space for oversized tackle boxes
Requires careful packing to maintain the low-profile shape
Heavier than basic non-structured rucksacks

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To maximize the life of the rucksack, keep the zippers clear of grit and debris by wiping them with a soft brush. The waterproof base should be cleaned with a damp cloth after contact with mud or silt; avoid submerging the bag fully to protect the internal foam padding. For setup, store your heaviest items near the base to maintain the rucksack's center of gravity. The unit is compatible with most standard bed chairs, fitting neatly underneath to keep your living space uncluttered. Always ensure the EVA table is snapped securely into its designated position before beginning rig work to prevent it from sliding.
