The KONG Floppy Knots Hippo is designed for medium to large dogs who enjoy interactive, tactile, and thrashing play. Its primary benefit is the internal knotted rope structure that provides a satisfying, realistic mouthfeel for natural chewing instincts, though potential owners should note that like all plush toys, it is not indestructible and requires supervision during vigorous play sessions.

No, the KONG Floppy Knots Hippo is a plush toy designed for interactive play and is not intended to withstand prolonged, powerful chewing sessions.
It is recommended to surface clean the toy with a damp cloth and mild soap. Machine washing may damage the internal squeakers and the integrity of the knotted rope.
This toy is categorized as Medium/Large, making it appropriate for dogs of those size classes who enjoy plush, interactive toys.
If the toy becomes significantly torn, remove it from your pet immediately to prevent them from ingesting the stuffing or rope pieces.
No, it features minimal stuffing specifically to ensure there is less mess if the outer material is damaged.
Check if debris has entered the squeaker chamber or if the internal mechanism has been compressed; sometimes gently massaging the area can restore sound.
Use a pair of safety scissors to trim any loose threads immediately to prevent your dog from pulling or swallowing them.
No setup is required for the Floppy Knots Hippo. It is ready for play immediately upon removing the packaging. To ensure the longest lifespan, inspect the toy regularly for signs of wear or loose threads, especially if your dog is a heavy chewer. If the toy becomes soiled, surface cleaning with a damp cloth is recommended. Avoid placing the toy in a standard tumble dryer, as the heat may damage the squeakers or the internal structure.
