Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup
The set arrives ready to use, but it's recommended to hone the blades before first use for optimal sharpness.
Compatibility
These chisels are compatible with wood, soft plastics, and similar materials. They are not designed for metalworking.
Care
- Sharpening: Regularly sharpen the blades using a honing guide and sharpening stones or a honing system to maintain sharpness.
- Cleaning: After use, wipe the blades clean and dry to prevent rust. You can use a bit of oil or a protectant to prevent corrosion.
- Storage: Store the chisels in a dry place. Consider using a tool roll or rack to protect the blades and keep them organized.
