Troubleshooting

The bed frame feels unstable after assembly

Check that all bolts and screws are fully tightened and ensure the floor is level.

Fabric appears creased after unboxing

Allow the upholstery to settle at room temperature for 24-48 hours; light steaming from a distance can help release minor packing wrinkles.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Assembly: This product is supplied flat-packed and requires full self-assembly. It is recommended to have two people present during the build process to manage the heavy upholstered headboard and base sections. Ensure all hardware is tightened securely during construction to prevent squeaking.

Compatibility: The frame is designed for standard UK mattress sizes. Check your mattress dimensions before purchase to ensure a perfect fit within the frame's internal footprint.

Care: To maintain the appearance of the upholstery, vacuum the fabric regularly using a soft brush attachment to remove dust. Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth; avoid using harsh chemical cleaners that may discolor or damage the fabric texture.
