Setup, Compatibility & Care
Upon arrival, a host will provide a brief orientation on how to safely operate the woodburning stove and the water heating system. Since the property is situated in a woodland environment, it is recommended to pack sturdy, waterproof footwear for walking on uneven terrain and damp grass. While linens and basic comforts are provided, consider bringing extra layers for the evenings, as woodland temperatures can drop even in warmer months. As there is no mains electricity, ensure your devices are fully charged before arrival or bring a portable power bank if you must have emergency communication. Respect the natural surroundings by practicing 'leave no trace' principles during your hikes and keeping noise levels to a minimum to maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the woodland sanctuary.
