The Timco M12 Hex Full Nuts are ideal for professional contractors and DIY enthusiasts who require secure, reliable fastening for heavy-duty assembly projects. Designed to DIN 934 standards, these fasteners provide a precise 1.75mm thread pitch for a firm hold in various bolting applications, though users should note that the pack contains 8 pieces, which may limit larger construction tasks without multiple purchases.

These nuts feature a standard metric 1.75mm thread pitch.
You will need a 19mm socket or wrench to tighten these nuts.
While they offer superior corrosion resistance, they are intended for general external use; extreme salt-water exposure may eventually impact the finish.
The pack includes 8 individual hex full nuts.
Yes, they are compatible with standard M12 metric bolts, but always ensure the material grades are appropriate for your specific structural load requirements.
Yes, provided the threads remain clean and show no signs of distortion or stripping after removal.
Ensure the bolt threads are not damaged and the nut is perfectly square to the bolt axis. Use a small amount of machine lubricant if necessary.
Check that you are using the correct thread pitch (1.75mm) and that the bolt diameter is standard M12. Use a locking washer if vibration is present.
To ensure maximum security, verify that your bolt threads are clean and free of debris before threading the nut. These nuts are fully compatible with standard metric M12 hardware. When installing, always start the nut by hand to prevent cross-threading. For maintenance in exposed outdoor environments, periodically inspect the connections for signs of environmental wear. If the nuts are used in a salt-air environment, consider applying an additional anti-corrosion spray or lubricant to maintain the silver finish and prevent seizing.
