The JPL BT-220 is a small button Bluetooth Dongle designed to integrate with the JPL Element-X500 DECT Headset and the JPL Element-BT500 Bluetooth Headset. This dongle connects your BT500 headset to your PC or Laptop. The headset and USB Dongle are pre-paired and ready for use. It offers softphone interoperability through USB/computer with applications such as 3CX, Avaya One-X Agent, Broadsoft UC-one, Cisco Jabber, Counter Path, or Skype for Business, with assistance from the JPL Gateway. The JPL Gateway software must be installed and running for remote call control functions to work with supported softphones.
