Shimano Quick Links are generally not recommended for reuse. Always replace with a new one when removing the chain.

While the chain is designed for Shimano 12-speed systems, it may be compatible with other brands. However, optimal performance is achieved with Shimano components.

Clean your chain regularly, depending on riding conditions. A good rule of thumb is to clean and lubricate it every 100-200 miles, or more often in wet or dirty conditions.

Use a chain wear indicator tool to check for chain stretch. Replace the chain when it reaches the recommended wear limit to prevent damage to your cassette and chainrings.

The chain comes in two sizes, 116L or 126L, with Quicklink.
