Troubleshooting
Print arrived creased or damaged
Contact customer support immediately with photos of the damage. If the print was shipped flat, check the packaging for signs of mishandling. If shipped in a tube, ensure it was handled carefully during removal.
Color variation from online image
Screen calibration can affect how colors appear. Minor variations are normal. Ensure your monitor is calibrated for accurate color representation. If the difference is significant, contact support.
