The Real Techniques Miracle Complexion Sponge and Travel Ornament Case is ideal for makeup enthusiasts who prioritize a flawless, airbrushed finish and need a hygienic way to transport their tools. Its primary benefit is the versatile, multi-faceted sponge design that creates a seamless, streak-free look with liquid or cream foundations, though it does require regular cleaning to maintain its performance and prevent product buildup.

It is recommended to use the sponge damp for the best blend, as it prevents the sponge from absorbing too much product.
While designed primarily for liquids and creams, it can be used for 'baking' with loose powder, though brushes are typically preferred for all-over powder application.
Depending on usage and cleaning habits, it is recommended to replace the sponge every 1 to 3 months.
The case is designed to be protective, but you should ensure the sponge is only slightly damp before storing it to maintain hygiene.
We recommend hand-washing the sponge with soap and water to preserve the integrity of the foam material.
Ensure you are soaking the sponge in water and squeezing it out before use; it should feel soft and bouncy when wet.
Use a dabbing or 'bouncing' motion rather than dragging or wiping the sponge across your skin.
Deep clean the sponge with a mild soap and let it air dry in a well-ventilated area outside of the case.
Before your first use, ensure the sponge is damp to achieve the best results. For daily maintenance, rinse the sponge with warm water after application to prevent makeup buildup. For deep cleaning, use a dedicated sponge cleanser or mild soap, massaging the product into the foam and rinsing until the water runs clear. Always allow the sponge to air dry completely before placing it inside the travel ornament case to prevent odors or bacteria growth. The ornament case is top-rack dishwasher safe for periodic deep sanitization if necessary.
