MagFlex magnetic tape is easily cut and effortlessly sticks onto a variety of surfaces, including many plastics. For projects requiring tape-to-tape attraction and to avoid misalignment issues, use Polarity A with Polarity B magnetic tape. MagFlex tapes utilize a firm acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive that significantly increases bond strength with natural aging. While the initial touch bond strength is sufficient for a secure grip, we recommend allowing 24 to 32 hours for the adhesive to fully cure to withstand pull strength. The tape is black on the magnetic face and approximately 12.7mm wide x 1.5mm thick (about 2.5mm thick including foam adhesive). It offers 90g of pull force per cm length (71g/cm2).
