Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: This bike requires assembly by an adult. Tools such as a wrench and screwdriver are typically needed. Ensure all bolts are tightened securely, especially those on the handlebars, wheels, and saddle. Attach the training wheels if needed for initial learning. Adjust the saddle and handlebar height to suit the child's current size for optimal comfort and control.
Compatibility: The 12-inch wheel size is generally suitable for children with an inseam measurement of approximately 14-18 inches. It is designed for use on smooth, paved surfaces like sidewalks or bike paths. It is not intended for off-road use.
Care: Keep the bike clean by wiping it down with a damp cloth. Periodically check tire pressure and inflate as needed. Inspect brakes and chain for proper function and adjust if necessary. Store the bike in a dry place to prevent rust. Regularly check that all bolts and nuts remain tight, especially after initial use and regular riding.
