Product Information
Full details
The KDMD Luxe Boucle Bed Frame is designed for individuals seeking a blend of minimalist aesthetics and tactile comfort in their bedroom. Its primary benefit is elevating bedroom decor with a sophisticated, low-profile design and luxurious boucle texture. A key caveat is that this is a made-to-order item, meaning it cannot be returned, and delivery times are extended. This bed frame features a seamless, low-profile structure upholstered in a textured boucle fabric, a sturdy platform design, and a simple headboard, all in a versatile muted taupe hue.

Troubleshooting
Bed frame is wobbly or unstable
Ensure all screws and bolts are fully tightened during assembly. Check that the bed is on a level surface. Verify the mattress is correctly seated on the platform.
Missing assembly parts
Carefully review the contents against the parts list in the instruction manual. Contact customer support with the specific part number if anything is missing.
Fabric appears discolored
This could be due to variations in lighting. Vacuum the fabric gently to refresh its texture. For significant color discrepancies not related to lighting, contact customer support.
Difficulty aligning parts during assembly
Do not force parts together. Re-read the assembly instructions, paying close attention to the orientation of each component. Ensure you are using the correct screws for each step.
