Open the Phone app, dial the number using the keypad, or select a contact from your contacts list. Then, press the call button.

Open the Messages app, tap the compose icon, enter the recipient's phone number or select a contact, and type your message. Then, tap the send button.

Use the volume buttons on the side of the phone to increase or decrease the volume. You can also adjust the volume during a call.

Open the Camera app. Point the camera at your subject, and tap the capture button. You can then view the photo in the Gallery app.

Press and hold the Doro Secure Button for a few seconds. The phone will alert your pre-selected contacts.

Go to Settings > Network & internet > Wi-Fi. Turn Wi-Fi on and select your network. Enter the password if prompted.

Go to Settings > System > System update. Follow the instructions to download and install the latest updates.

Make sure the battery is charged. Try a different power outlet. If the device still won't turn on, contact customer support.

Ensure you are in an area with good network coverage. Check if the speaker or microphone is blocked. Use the ClearSound feature.

Close unused apps. Clear the app cache in settings. Ensure sufficient storage space.

Make sure Wi-Fi is enabled. Enter the correct password. Move closer to the Wi-Fi router.

Make sure the feature is enabled in settings and that emergency contacts are properly added.
