New card decks often have a light factory coating; fan the cards out individually to aerate them and the tackiness will dissipate after a few uses.
Refer to the deck-building section in the main rulebook regarding card color identity and maximum card counts allowed per deck.
To begin playing, simply unbox the 50 cards and place them in the standard play area format prescribed by the Star Wars: Unlimited rulebook. The deck is fully compatible with all other Star Wars: Unlimited expansions and cards. To maintain the integrity of your collection, it is recommended to store your cards in protective sleeves, especially for the high-value leader cards. Keep the deck in a dry, cool environment away from direct sunlight to prevent warping or fading of the card stock. Ensure your hands are clean before handling cards to avoid oil buildup, and avoid aggressive shuffling techniques like riffle shuffling to preserve the corners and edges of the cards over time.
