No, this product is the bed frame only; you will need to provide a standard 4ft6 double mattress.
No, the bed frame is designed with a durable slat system that provides sufficient support for most mattress types on its own.
The frame is designed to support the weight of two average adults securely when used with a standard double mattress.
The frame provides generous vertical clearance designed to accommodate standard storage boxes and suitcases.
While it is possible for one person to assemble, it is highly recommended to have two people to help align the frame parts during construction.
Check that all bolts are fully tightened and the legs are positioned evenly on a flat floor surface.
Identify the loose joint and tighten the corresponding nuts and bolts. Ensure the slats are securely seated in their plastic housings.
Setup involves attaching the side rails to the headboard and footboard components using the included hardware kit. Ensure all bolts are hand-tightened first before using the provided tools to secure them fully to prevent structural stress. This frame is compatible with standard 4ft6 double mattresses. For maintenance, it is recommended to periodically check the bolts every six months to ensure they remain tight. Clean the metal surface by wiping it down with a soft, damp cloth; avoid using harsh chemical cleaners that may damage the black powder coating.
