Built with 34mm square framing and clad in planed shiplap tongue and groove boards of premium, slow-grown, FSC-approved Northern European pine, this summerhouse ensures lasting quality. The solid sheet OSB roof and 12mm matching tongue and groove floor add to its robust construction. The joinery-made windows and doors boast a storm-resistant design. All necessary fixings, mineral roof felt, and assembly instructions are included. Pre-treated with a dip-treated base coat preservative, it's ready for your personal touch with a top coat of paint or stain upon installation. Please note a level, solid base (not grass, soil, or gravel) is required for assembly, and allow for roof overhang and access during installation and painting. Delivery scheduling is available post-order, with live tracking provided on delivery day. The most striking feature of the Shire Thornham Summerhouse is the integral raised platform, which helps to create a beach-hut style effect. Raising the entire building off of the ground improves drainage, while reducing the possibility of damp from the ground. Double door access to the summerhouse is to the front, via the steps and decorative veranda. The half-glazed doors ae complete with a ring latch. Ventilation is provided by the two front-facing opening windows. A full set of instructions and fixings are included with the delivery. The summer house is supplied with a dip treated base coat preservative ready for you to top coat to your own preference immediately on installation. The window and doors are joinery made quality and of a storm resistant design. All fixings, mineral roof felt and assembly instructions are provided. Allowance when siting should be made for the roof overhang and access for painting and during installation. Following your order, you will be sent a link to choose your delivery day. On the morning of the delivery day you will also receive live tracking information. Before you assemble your building, you will need a base which is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building.
