The Pressol 12 362 is an ideal maintenance tool for mechanics and DIY enthusiasts who require precision lubrication in confined spaces. The grease gun has an 80ml capacity.
It is compatible with taper, ball, and funnel lubricating nipples according to DIN standards.
Due to its 80ml size, it is designed for precision, light-duty, or small-space maintenance rather than large-scale, high-volume equipment lubrication.
The Pressol 12 362 operates at a pressure between 60 and 80 bar.
No, it is a triggerless, compact unit that connects directly to the lubricating nipple.
Check for air pockets within the reservoir and ensure the nozzle is firmly seated against the grease nipple.
Verify that the nipple type is compatible (taper, ball, or funnel DIN standards) and check for obstructions or damaged metal on the nipple head.
Ensure the device is held at a proper angle to the nipple to maintain a pressure-tight seal.
To prepare the 12 362 for use, ensure the grease reservoir is properly filled, taking care to minimize air bubbles. The tool is compatible with DIN-standard taper, ball, and funnel nipples. For maintenance, keep the mouthpiece free of debris to ensure a proper seal during use. After operation, wipe the exterior with a clean cloth to prevent grit accumulation that could contaminate future grease applications. Store in a dry, temperate environment to ensure the longevity of the seals and internal components.
