Troubleshooting
Lamp does not turn on
Ensure the lamp is plugged into a working electrical outlet. Check that the bulb is screwed in correctly and is not burnt out. Try a different E27 bulb.
Flickering light
This could be due to a loose bulb connection or an issue with the bulb itself. Ensure the bulb is secure and try a new bulb. If the problem persists, contact customer support.
Finish appears tarnished
Gently wipe the affected area with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn spots, use a slightly damp cloth and dry immediately. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners.
