Troubleshooting
Wheels are sticking or difficult to roll.
Check the wheels for any obstructions like dirt, debris, or tangled strings. Clean the wheels with a damp cloth. Ensure the telescoping handle is fully extended and locked, as this can affect stability and rolling ease.
Telescoping handle is not extending or retracting properly.
Inspect the handle mechanism for dirt or damage. Gently try to clear any visible obstructions. If the handle is stuck, do not force it; consult the manufacturer's support if issues persist.
Zipper is difficult to open or close.
Ensure the fabric is not caught in the zipper teeth. Apply a small amount of zipper lubricant (like paraffin wax or a specialized zipper cleaner/lubricant) to the teeth and try again. Slowly work the zipper back and forth.
Bag feels unbalanced when rolling.
Ensure tools are distributed evenly within the bag. Heavy items should be placed towards the bottom and centered over the wheels. Check that the telescoping handle is fully extended and locked.
