The mattress is designed primarily for top-side use to maintain its orthopaedic properties, but it should be rotated head-to-toe regularly.
The product includes a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Yes, the legs are removable, which helps during transport or if you need to access under-bed space.
The base arrives largely assembled, but you will need to attach the legs and the headboard upon arrival.
Yes, all components of the BSSPOKE Manhattan Divan Bed Set are fully compliant with UK fire safety regulations.
The headboard is 54 inches high, and the base is 12 inches high, creating a total profile of 66 inches from the floor.
Check that the bolts connecting the headboard to the base are tightened fully with a suitable wrench.
Ensure all chrome legs are screwed in tightly and place the bed on a perfectly level floor. Use furniture shims if the floor surface is uneven.
Use a specialized upholstery cleaner on a small, hidden area first to test for color fastness, then gently dab the stained area.
Setting up your divan set requires two people due to the weight of the base components. Ensure the base is placed on a level floor surface to prevent wobbling of the chrome legs. To attach the headboard, align the pre-drilled holes on the headboard with the head-end of the divan base and secure with the provided bolts. For maintenance, vacuum the upholstery regularly using a soft brush attachment to remove dust. If a spill occurs, blot the area immediately with a clean, dry cloth; do not rub, as this can damage the fibers. Keep the mattress rotated every three months to ensure even wear and longevity of the orthopaedic internal structure.
