It is strongly recommended to hire a qualified heating engineer to ensure the plumbing connections are leak-free and compliant with local safety regulations.
No, this is a hydronic radiator designed to be connected to a water-based central heating system.
Use a soft, damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not use abrasive pads, as they will scratch the white finish.
The flat design is primarily for aesthetic purposes, providing a modern, sleek look while also making it much easier to clean compared to traditional radiators.
The radiator is finished with a high-quality powder coating designed to retain its color and resist yellowing under normal residential use.
The system likely has trapped air. Use a radiator bleed key to release the air until water begins to escape.
This may indicate a buildup of sludge or debris. A power flush or system cleaning may be required by a professional.
Check that the thermostatic radiator valve (TRV) is open and that the central heating pump is functioning correctly.
Installation should be performed by a qualified heating engineer to ensure all pipe connections are secure and the system is properly bled. The radiator uses standard inlet/outlet configurations compatible with most modern central heating systems. For care, use a soft, damp cloth with mild soapy water to wipe down the surface. Avoid using abrasive sponges or harsh chemical cleaners, as these can damage the powder-coated finish over time. Periodically check the mounting brackets to ensure they remain secure and flush against the wall.
