Formulated specifically for use in ultrasonic cleaners to remove flux of PCBs. PCB is a revolutionary new soluble ultrasonic cleaning powder. Specially formulated for removing a variety of soldering fluxes from circuit boards, breaking down and removing water marks and accidental contaminants such as tea, coffee, soft drinks and other water soluble fluids. This advanced formula has been developed to maximise ultrasonic cleaning potential, gently lifting corrosion and the formation of resistive tracking. The dilution ratio of just 20g per litre of water makes PCB more economical than other ultrasonic detergents. The drastic reduction in packaging waste compared to fluids makes it more eco-friendly too. This new powder form is much easier and safer to transport. For use in removing manufacturing fluxes leaving PCBs shiny and bright. Removal of potentially harmful fluxes can prevent PCB failures further down the line. Perfect where PCBs require cleaning prior to conformal coatings. PCBs can be returned to as new condition where rework/repairs have taken place. Contaminants, corrosion and resistive tracking can be gently removed, clearing electrical faults. The mixed solution will last multiple cleans depending on soiling levels. Perfect for cleaning car remote key fobs, TV remote controls, car electronic modules and mobile/PC circuit boards. Safer and easier to store and transport than fluid alternatives. With built in water softeners, can be diluted with water straight from the tap saving money on distilled water. This pack of powder 400g will make 20 litres of ultrasonic cleaning fluid.
