Blue Horizons Chlorine granules are a popular choice for maintaining safe and bacteria-free pool and spa water. For optimal results, apply regularly to maintain a free chlorine level of 3-5 mg/l (ppm). These granules dissolve quickly and have minimal impact on the water's pH. Key features include a granular form, little effect on pH, and an ideal free chlorine range of 3-5mg/l. They are suitable for regular dosing of swimming pools or spas to kill bacteria and harmful organisms. Application instructions involve maintaining pH between 7.2-7.6, achieving a free chlorine residual of 3-5mg/l for spas, and shock dosing for freshly filled spas. The product can be added directly to pools or spas above 20°C. For lower temperatures or if unsure, pre-dissolve the product in a clean plastic container. Repeat doses as needed. For optimal water quality, a periodic shock dose with AquaSPArkle Spa Fusion is recommended weekly or after heavy use. Daily dosage rates are provided for different water volumes. In case of low stock, an alternative premium branded product from Blue Horizons, Deep Blue Pro, or Swim Fresh may be shipped.
