FAQs

What is the main advantage of the Silencer technology?

The Silencer technology secures each club in place, significantly reducing noise during transport and preventing potential damage to the shafts and clubheads.

Is this bag suitable for use in heavy rain?

Yes, the bag is constructed with 10K MM waterproof materials and features seam-sealed zippers, designed to keep your gear dry in wet and challenging weather conditions.

How many clubs can the bag hold?

The bag features a 14-way top, with each slot designed to hold one club, allowing for organized storage of a full set of golf clubs.

What are the dimensions of the bag?

The dimensions are 16.75 inches in length, 11.25 inches in width, and 36.25 inches in height.

Does the bag have a cooler pocket?

Yes, it includes an insulated cooler pocket designed to keep drinks and snacks cool on the course.

How does the cart strap system work?

The lock-down cart strap system is designed to keep the bag stable and secure on your trolley, preventing it from shifting during play.

Can this bag be carried easily?

While designed for carts, the bag includes handles for easier lifting. However, its features and capacity make it primarily suited for cart use rather than extensive walking.

Troubleshooting

Clubs are difficult to remove from the Silencer top.

Ensure clubs are fully seated in their respective slots. Check for any debris in the slot. For slightly thicker grip models, a gentle twist may be needed upon removal.

Water is seeping into the bag despite waterproof claims.

Verify that all zippers are fully closed. Inspect the seam-sealed zippers and fabric for any visible tears or damage. Contact customer support if damage is found, as the waterproof warranty may apply.

The bag does not sit securely on the trolley.

Ensure the lock-down cart straps are properly threaded and tightened. Check that the bag's base is correctly aligned with the trolley's base or holder.

Zippers are stiff or difficult to operate.

Clean the zippers with a soft brush to remove any dirt or grit. Apply a small amount of silicone-based zipper lubricant to the zipper teeth and run the zipper back and forth several times.

  • Durable construction for longevity.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup: The Ogio All Elements Silencer Cart Bag requires no complex setup. Simply place it on your golf trolley or cart. Ensure the lock-down cart strap system is utilized by threading the straps through the designated loops on the bag and securing them tightly to your trolley. The individual club slots in the 14-way top are ready for immediate use; place each club into its respective slot.

Compatibility: This cart bag is designed to fit on most standard golf trolleys and golf carts due to its dimensions (16.75" L x 11.25" W x 36.25" H) and the versatile lock-down strap system.

Care: To maintain the bag's performance and appearance:

  1. Cleaning Exterior: Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth. For stubborn dirt, use mild soap and water, then rinse with a clean, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents, as they can damage the waterproof coating.
  2. Zipper Care: Periodically clean the zippers with a soft brush to remove dirt and debris. A silicone-based lubricant can be applied sparingly to ensure smooth operation, especially after exposure to saltwater or sand.
  3. Storage: Store the bag in a dry, well-ventilated area when not in use. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, which can fade colors and degrade materials over time.
