Wobbly table or chairs after assembly

Ensure all screws and fixings are tightened securely. Check that the furniture is on a level surface. Revisit the assembly instructions to confirm all parts are correctly aligned and attached.

Surface scratches or marks on the waxed finish

Minor scratches can sometimes be buffed out gently with a soft cloth. For deeper marks, consider touching up with a suitable furniture wax or paste, following product instructions. Avoid placing hot or wet items directly on the surface.

Difficulty aligning parts during assembly

Do not force parts together. Double-check the orientation of each component against the assembly manual. Ensure no debris is obstructing the connection points. Contact customer support if parts appear damaged or do not fit as intended.
