The Greenwood CMEV.4E is a modern update of Greenwood Centair/CML offering improved energy efficiency, performance and noise specs. It serves as a drop-in replacement for older units. This is a low-energy, continuously running mechanical extract unit for whole-house ventilation, utilizing the latest low-energy DC motors. It can be installed discreetly, centrally mounted in a cupboard or loft space. The system offers great versatility due to its compact design, featuring five staggered round extraction spigots for kitchens, bathrooms, and toilets, with exhaust expelled via a single duct to the outside. 125mm or 5" solid ducting is recommended for minimal air resistance. The unit can be wired for low, medium, and high speeds using a remote wired 3-position switch (GS1) or low and high speeds using a double-pole switch (GS2), both sold separately. Motor speed is fully adjustable for low and high speeds, with medium speed set at the midpoint between trickle and boost speeds. Its compact design makes it ideal for apartments and small properties.
