FAQs
What are the exact dimensions of the art print?
The art print, including the mount and frame, measures 14 inches in height by 12 inches in width.
Is the frame made of real gold?
The frame is named 'Gold Dahlia moulding' and features a gold finish, but it is manufactured from high-quality materials, not solid gold.
What material is the 'glass' made of?
The framed print comes complete with plastic glass, offering a safer and lighter alternative to traditional glass.
Can I replace the art print with my own picture?
The frame is designed to hold the specific art print. While it might be possible to open the frame, it is not designed for easy swapping of artwork and may void any warranty or damage the frame.
What is the origin of the 'Gold Dahlia' moulding?
The Gold Dahlia moulding range is manufactured to the highest quality in the UK.
How is the frame protected from dust?
The rear of the frame is taped to protect the image from dust and moisture particles, providing a clean and finished look.
What kind of artwork is included?
The artwork is a high-quality print of a 'Green Boat' scene, showcasing vibrant colors and depicting a scenic waterscape.
Troubleshooting
Frame arrives damaged
Inspect the packaging upon arrival. If the frame is damaged, please contact the retailer immediately with photographic evidence for a replacement or refund.
Print colors appear faded
Ensure the print is not exposed to direct, intense sunlight for extended periods. While fade-resistant, extreme light exposure can still impact colors over time.
Difficulty hanging the frame
Ensure you are using appropriate wall anchors and screws for your specific wall type (e.g., drywall, plaster, brick). The attached fixings on the frame are designed for standard hanging points.
Plastic glass is smudged or unclear
Gently wipe the plastic glass with a soft, slightly damp microfiber cloth. Avoid using paper towels or abrasive cleaners, which can scratch the surface.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: The art print comes fully assembled and ready to hang. Ensure you select a suitable location on your wall and use appropriate wall fixings (not included, depending on wall type) to securely mount the frame. The attached fixings make hanging a straightforward process.
Compatibility: This product is a decorative art print designed for indoor use. It is compatible with most standard wall types when proper hanging hardware is used. The classic Gold Dahlia moulding style is versatile and can complement various interior design themes, from traditional to contemporary.
Care: To maintain the print's quality, avoid direct sunlight for prolonged periods to prevent fading, despite the fade-resistant ink. Clean the plastic glass gently with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals. The taped rear ensures protection from dust and moisture, so it's recommended not to tamper with this seal.
