Ensure that the top edges are folded securely over the rim of the pot before filling.
Avoid using sharp-edged metal ladles; use silicone or plastic utensils to scrape the sides.
Verify that your pot is indeed a 4.5L round Gastronorm style; if the pot is smaller, the liner will not sit flat.
To achieve the best results, ensure the pot liner is properly seated against the walls of the 4.5L pot before adding any food. The liners measure 320mm in height and 330mm in width, providing ample room for standard 4.5L round containers. Always fold the excess material over the rim of the pot to keep it secure during food extraction. When removing a liner filled with hot food, use heat-resistant gloves and lift carefully to prevent spills. While the liners are robust, avoid using sharp metal utensils that could puncture the material and compromise the protective seal.
