Troubleshooting
Mat is not lying flat
Unroll the mat and place it in direct sunlight for a few hours, or roll it in the opposite direction for a short period to help it flatten.
Mat appears to be slipping
Ensure the surface beneath the mat is clean and dry. For added security on smooth indoor floors, consider a separate anti-slip underlay. Avoid use in icy conditions.
Stubborn dirt is not being removed by hosing
Use a stiff brush with mild soap and water, then rinse thoroughly. Alternatively, use the machine wash option.
Mat still looks dirty after washing
Check the washing machine settings; use a gentle cycle with cold water. For very deep stains, a repeat wash might be necessary, or spot cleaning with an appropriate fabric cleaner before washing.
