The Olympia Non-Slip Multi-Round Riser is an essential tool for professional caterers and food service operators looking to add visual depth to buffet displays. This 230mm diameter stand provides a stable, elevated platform for plates and platters, ensuring a more professional and accessible presentation. While it is perfect for highlighting specific dishes, users should note that the 230mm footprint requires serving platters or plates larger than the riser diameter for optimal balance and stability.

Yes, it features a durable, non-slip surface designed to keep serving ware in place.
The riser stands at 100mm in height.
Verify that your platter or plate is larger than 230mm in diameter and that it is centered correctly on the riser.
Ensure that all detergent residue is thoroughly rinsed away and buff the surface with a dry, clean cloth.
Ensure the surface of the buffet table is dry and clean; if necessary, place a small piece of rubber matting underneath the riser.
Setting up the riser is straightforward: simply place it on a flat, stable surface before arranging your service ware. It is fully compatible with any plate or platter wider than 230mm; avoid using it with smaller items as they will not benefit from the non-slip footprint and may result in an unstable display.
For care, the unit is dishwasher safe, which simplifies the turnaround time between events. If cleaning by hand, use a soft cloth and mild detergent to preserve the finish and the integrity of the non-slip texture. Avoid using abrasive scouring pads, as these may scratch the surface or compromise the non-slip properties over time.
