This dispenser is exclusively designed to work with PerfectDraft 6-litre kegs. No other brands or sizes of kegs are compatible.

Typically, it takes approximately 10-12 hours for a keg at room temperature to reach the optimal 3°C serving temperature. Pre-chilling your keg in a refrigerator before placing it in the dispenser can significantly reduce this time.

Once a PerfectDraft keg is installed in the dispenser, the beer typically stays fresh for up to 30 days, thanks to the dispenser's cooling system and integrated tap. The beer freshness indicator will help you monitor this.

An 'Open Box Grade A' item signifies that the product is new and unused, but its original packaging may have been opened, damaged, or replaced. The product itself is complete with all accessories, functioning as expected from a new product.

The dispenser is designed for indoor use. If used outdoors, ensure it is in a shaded area, protected from direct sunlight, rain, and extreme temperatures, as these can affect its cooling performance and potentially damage the unit.

The PerfectDraft kegs feature an internal, self-contained beer line system. There is no need for manual cleaning of beer lines within the dispenser itself, as a new line is used with each new keg. Focus on cleaning the exterior and drip tray.

Ensure the dispenser has been plugged in for several hours (minimum 10-12 hours for first chill) with the keg installed. Check that the unit is not in direct sunlight or near a heat source. Verify that there's adequate ventilation around the dispenser.

Check that the keg is correctly installed and securely seated within the dispenser. Ensure the tap mechanism is properly attached to the keg. Verify that the beer lines on the keg are not kinked or blocked. Confirm there is still beer remaining according to the volume indicator.

Ensure the keg was installed promptly after purchase and kept refrigerated if recommended by the keg manufacturer. The freshness indicator tracks time from keg insertion; ensure proper storage conditions for the keg itself before installation. If the issue persists, the keg might be faulty, or the unit may require a diagnostic check.

Some humming is normal as the cooling system operates. However, if the noise is excessive or unusual, check that the unit is on a stable, flat surface and not vibrating against other objects. Ensure ventilation vents are clear and not blocked by dust or debris. If the noise continues or worsens, contact customer support.
