ROC offers a wide range of standard and heavy-duty replacement springs, manufactured in Sweden using cold coiling technology. Each spring undergoes a multi-stage process, including shot peening for improved fatigue strength and corrosion protection via Zinc Phosphate and epoxy powder coating. All ROC springs are inspected and tested to meet high quality standards and are marked with a production code for traceability. For safety, suspension springs must be replaced in axle pairs to ensure proper vehicle handling and braking. Always verify spring size and end shapes before fitting, and ensure correct orientation. Competent persons should only undertake spring installation using appropriate tools and following repair manual instructions. Check and replace any damaged spring pans, bushings, or link-arms. After installation, confirm correct spring location and fitment, and perform a wheel alignment check.
