Setup, Compatibility & Care
Kettle Setup: Before first use, fill the kettle to the maximum level, boil, and discard the water. This process should be repeated twice to remove any manufacturing residues. Ensure the kettle is placed on a flat, stable surface. It is compatible with standard UK electrical outlets.
Toaster Setup: Place the toaster on a flat, stable surface away from edges. No initial setup is required other than plugging it into a standard electrical outlet.
Canister Setup: The canisters are ready for use upon unpacking. Ensure they are placed on a dry surface.
General Care: Wipe the exterior of the kettle and toaster with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads that could damage the finish. The kettle's lid should be opened only when filling or emptying. The toaster's removable crumb tray should be emptied regularly after use and cleaned with a damp cloth. The canister set can be cleaned with a damp cloth and dried thoroughly. Do not immerse the kettle or toaster in water. For descaling the kettle, follow the manufacturer's instructions, typically involving a vinegar and water solution.
Compatibility: All electrical appliances are designed for standard UK mains voltage.
