Garden Lantern Duo with TruGlow® Candles - White

Each lantern's TruGlow® candle requires 2 x C batteries. Therefore, a total of 4 x C batteries are needed for the duo. These are sold separately.

No, the TruGlow® pillar candles are included but are not fixed, allowing you to place them inside the lanterns and remove them if necessary for battery changes or cleaning.

While designed for outdoor use and IP44 rated, they can be used indoors. However, ensure they are placed on a stable surface and kept away from flammable materials. They do not emit heat.

The illumination time is rated at approximately 1200 hours per set of batteries, depending on usage and battery quality. Using the timer function can help conserve battery life.

The remote control included is specifically designed for this Garden Lantern Duo and may not be compatible with other Lights4fun products.

The lanterns measure approximately (H) 45 x (W) 25cm and (H) 29 x (W) 18cm. The TruGlow® candles measure approximately (H) 15 x (D) 7.5cm.

The LED bulbs are integrated into the TruGlow® candles and are not designed to be individually replaced. If an LED fails, the entire candle unit may need replacement.

Check that the C batteries are correctly inserted in each lantern's base compartment. Ensure the batteries are fresh and properly aligned with the positive and negative terminals. Verify that the 'on' switch on the base or the remote control is activated.

Ensure the remote control batteries are correctly inserted and are functional. Try moving closer to the lanterns. If the issue persists, check the battery compartment on the base of the lanterns for any protective plastic tabs that may need removal.

The flickering effect is designed to be subtle. Ensure the lantern is in 'on' mode and not on the timer setting if you expect immediate activation. If the light is solid, the LED may be malfunctioning; check battery contacts.

Ensure the battery compartments are securely closed and dry. While IP44 rated for outdoor use, prolonged exposure to heavy rain or submersion is not recommended. Protect from extreme weather conditions.
