This premium quality CAT6a U/FTP LSZH cable is made from pure copper conductors and is tested and certified to the CAT6a specification. It is suitable for use over longer distances and can transmit data at up to 10GB per second at 100m. The cable is marked at 1-meter intervals for easy measurement. The Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) rating means it emits limited smoke and no halogen when exposed to high heat, making it safer for use in buildings. It is ideal for networking and AV installations and can be cut to length and fitted with 8P8C FTP connectors. Each twisted pair has its own foil shield to minimize interference. The outer diameter is 7.5mm with a 0.55mm thick LSZH rated PVC outer layer. Technical features include a conductor area CSA of 8 x 0.251mm² (23 AWG), solid oxygen-free copper conductors, 8 cores (4 pairs), U/FTP construction (each twisted pair is mylar foil wrapped), and compliance with CAT6A standards. Wiring can be done in straight-through or cross-over configurations. Please note that standard CAT5 RJ45 connectors will not fit this cable.
