Full details
A clamping screw is a double screw with a right and left-hand thread. By turning in one direction or the other, it tightens the screw or locates the connection. The double screw has a transverse hole or hexagon in the middle. Depending on how the turnbuckle is mounted, different ends of the screws are used.
