The Kapro 946 Smarty Pocket Level has an accuracy of ±0.5mm/m.

This level is primarily designed for horizontal measurements. While you can use it to check for plumb by rotating it 90 degrees, it does not have a dedicated vertical vial.

The OPTIVISION vial is a specially designed horizontal vial that is tilted. It provides excellent visibility and includes markings (gradients) up to 2% to help you easily achieve or identify slight slopes or inclinations.

The body of the Kapro 946 Smarty Pocket Level is made of durable cast aluminum.

The level features an integrated belt clip on the back, allowing you to easily attach it to a pocket or tool belt for quick access.

The level uses strong rare earth magnets, which provide a secure hold on ferrous metal surfaces. For overhead work, always ensure a firm connection and consider using a secondary safety measure if there is any risk of falling.

The level measures 10 cm (4 inches) in length.

Ensure the surface the level is resting on is truly level. Check the vial for any visible damage. If the vial appears damaged or the bubble consistently reads incorrectly on known level surfaces, the level may need recalibration or replacement.

Ensure the metal surface is clean and free of debris, rust, or paint that could interfere with magnetic contact. The magnets are strong, but require direct contact with a suitable ferrous metal surface.

Ensure the vial is clean and free of smudges. The OPTIVISION red vial is designed for enhanced visibility, but optimal reading conditions involve adequate lighting.
