Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
- Ensure the water supply is turned off at the isolation valves.
- Remove the old faucet.
- Place the new tap into the sinkhole, ensuring the rubber gasket is seated correctly.
- Secure the tap from underneath using the provided mounting hardware.
- Connect the hot and cold water supply hoses to the corresponding valves.
- Turn on the water supply and check for leaks.
Compatibility:
This tap is designed for standard kitchen sink installations with pre-drilled holes. Ensure your sink has a sufficient hole size for mounting. It is compatible with standard UK plumbing connections.
Care:
To maintain the finish, wipe the tap regularly with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the copper surface and finish. For mineral deposit buildup, a mild solution of vinegar and water can be used, followed by a thorough rinse and polish with a soft cloth.
