Premium quality CAT6a U/FTP LSZH cable made with pure copper conductors. This cable is tested and certified to the CAT6a specification and is suitable for networking and AV installations. It can be cut to length and fitted with 8P8C FTP connectors (RJ45 FTP). Each twisted pair is foil-shielded, which helps in areas with high interference. Ensure your RJ45 sockets are also shielded for optimal performance. The cable is marked at 1-meter intervals for easy measuring. Available in purple, signifying its Low Smoke Zero Halogen rating. LSZH cable emits limited smoke and no halogen when exposed to high heat, making it safer in fire situations. Technical features include 23 AWG solid oxygen-free copper conductors, 8 cores (4 pairs), U/FTP construction (each pair foil-wrapped), outer diameter of 7.5mm with a 0.55mm thick LSZH rated PVC outer layer. Suitable for up to 10GB per second at 100m. Note: Standard CAT5 RJ45 connectors will not fit this cable. 100m, 50m & 25m lengths may not be supplied on a reel.
