Pages do not align correctly

Ensure pages are punched evenly and loaded onto the comb in the correct order. Double-check that the comb is inserted into the binding machine correctly.

Binding appears loose or insecure

Make sure the binding machine's comb opener is set to the correct tension for 6mm combs. Ensure you are using the correct size comb for the number of pages.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup: These binding combs are designed for use with any standard comb binding machine. Simply insert your punched documents onto the open comb, ensuring each page is aligned correctly. Once all pages are loaded, close the binding machine's comb opener to secure the pages within the comb.

Compatibility: The Fellowes 6mm binding combs are compatible with most standard comb binding machines. They are specifically designed for documents that require a 9/16-inch (approximately 14mm) spine capacity, suitable for approximately 30-40 sheets of 20lb paper. Always check your binding machine's specifications to ensure compatibility with 6mm combs.

Care: Store combs in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain their structural integrity and finish. Avoid exposing them to extreme temperatures. To clean the combs, gently wipe them with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as they may damage the glossy surface.
