The Palissade lounge chair is part of Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec's contemporary Palissade outdoor collection for HAY. Centring on symmetrical geometry, visual simplicity and core strength, the range has been designed to seamlessly integrate into both natural and urban settings and become more beautiful with time and use. Featuring a slender, curving frame and streamlined, slatted seat and back, this modern lounge chair is crafted from durable steel in a strong yet elegant construction. Adding a contemporary touch to traditional French garden furniture style, the versatile Palissade lounge chair is ideal for relaxing in your garden, terrace or balcony. Available in two heights, five calming powder-coated steel colours or a galvanised steel finish, with additional seat cushions. Characterized by its graphic purity and incredible visual lightness, the Palissade collection is the standard-bearer of the Bouroullec brothers' inimitable style. This comprehensive collection comprises thirteen items: chairs with and without armrests, armchairs of various sizes and comfort levels, benches, stools, tables.all of which can be used to create a dining or relaxation area in gardens and terraces, as well as in public spaces. Aesthetically homogeneous, Palissade uses round tubes for structures and legs, coupled with long rectangular strips for seats. Ergonomically perfected, this collection offers excellent seating comfort, even without cushions.
