Setup, Compatibility & Care
- Preparation: Ensure you have the necessary UTP cables and the network components (faceplates, modules).
- Stripping the Cable: Use the tool to strip the outer jacket of the UTP cable to expose the wires.
- Arranging the Wires: Arrange the colored wires into the correct order according to the wiring standard (e.g., T568B).
- Punching Down: Insert the wires into the IDC socket or module and use the tool to punch them down.
- Cutting Excess Wire: The tool will cut the excess wire automatically.
